Complaint regarding data entry job frauds

hello I hv sent my details to vertex solution company they didnt informed me about legal agrrement and without informing they registered my name in the company and asking me to work for them if i fail to complete my task they are asking me to pay the penalty. please help me get out from this fraud.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
