Regarding refund due from Go Mechanic for cancelled order

I had ordered Tyre in Go Mechanic on 26/04/2023. However,the order was cancelled due to non-availability of tyre. But,it has been more than 15 days but amount is not refunded yet. When I tried to call to the customer care they just escalate the issue. The Escalation manager will never lift the call.
