I gave my car to go mechanic for full body denting and painting at a price of approx 31000/- which is much above the cost of a local garage. They promised us to give the best services which included pickup and drop of the car as well.
They got the car delivered to us on 14/1/23, 8.00pm and we promised them to pay in cash after checking the services but the car had a lot of issues related to quality so we asked them to take back the car and remove the issues we marked them. At first they were not ready to accept it but then they took back the car.
Now after 2 days a representative from gomechanic is calling me and asking me to do the online payment first and only then they will deliver my car whereas I asked him to deliver the car and after checking the quality I’ll it in cash as promised earlier but they are not agreeing.
Firstly, we don’t trust gomechanic if they have actually removed the issues or not so we need to check the car before the payment and secondly we are comfortable in making cash payment only.
Kindly help us to resolve this matter
