Defective handset delivered by Lenovo with price discount. Within one month of purchasing the phone, it stopped working. Service Centre is telling it is liquid damage & entire repairing cost including faulty part replacement is chargeable. I am using smart phone since 2010 & I am an Information Technology employee, so I am very much aware on liquid damage, so there is no chance of liquid damage. one internal part color of the phone has got changed for the liquid effect which proves the part was an old & dirty part. Service Center was suspected that liquid could get entered into the phone from the one very tiny hole of the SIM card tray as the faulty part is placed just next to the SIM card tray but there was no rust or any other symbol found in the SIM card tray. Also lots of fungus found into the phone but would like to highlight you that due to my nature of work, I used to spent 10 hours daily in the chilled AC. so there is no chance of fungus as cold temperature never help to make fungus. In this condition I am demanding the faulty phone replacement from Lenovo.
