I have ordered a keyboard from Paytm mall on july 14, 2018 which was supposed to be delivered upto jyly 18, 2018 via bluedart courier. But the item has not been delivered and status shows address unlocatable and date has been also extended to july 20. I have proof in which i a have provided address with landmark and i tried to called them but after so many tries when they picked up phone, they said it will be done, and just after that date was extended. i don’t understand why are they not delivering my product.
