I was working with a Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on contract basis and have left the organization on 23 rd Jan, 2018.
After more than 2 months have passed but still I haven’t got my Full & Final Payment,i.e., Jan month salary.
But as paer the contract I should get my Full and Final Amount after 45 days only after leaving the company.
I have contacted the company on call and phone many times, but there is not much response from the organization.
As per the last mail from the company HR , they had communicated that they have initiated the Full and Final payment but it’s delayed but they are not providing the reason for the delay yet. So, please help me here to get my Full and Final payment.
