I applied for a Debit card from HDFC bank and it was sent to me by Bluedart courier services. I was tracking the shipment in bluedart website where it showed that shipment was out for delivery. Instead of delivering it was uploaded that consignee is out of station. i was waiting the entire day and had to sufffer financial loss for a considerable amount.My complaints to Bluedart went in vain. i would request you ti intervene in the matter and investigate the delay in delivering the debit card and wrong information uploaded in their tracking site.
