Complaint regarding failed transaction through Google Pay

Payment not processed by Google Pay. Value: 759. I made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/- and the amount is debited from my account and not recieved by flipkart. I complained about this to Goolgle pay one month back and they said that the issue will be resolved in 7-10 days but till now not and even if i contact them this keep giving fake assurances.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
