Complaint regarding fake job portals

Am cheated by name of portal noukri. i make payment of 100USD(equal to 7549.80INR) to this email id 7xxxxxxxb@gmail.com through my skrillaccount for doing online dataentry job. After two days idont get any response from their side. I will provide payment details. I need my money back.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
