This is regarding fruad and harrasement by HDFC employee. I got call from HDFC (hyper city, kundalhalli) employee regarding money back credit card and told me you will special benefits like free life time validity, no annual fee or maintenance charge with no condition of trsaction, free movie ticket just by making 10rs transaction and other discounts as well. I applied for the same but terms&conditions were different. So i asked them to give me in written. But they including branch manager insulted and harrased me and said we are not responsible for that. I also complained to credir card regional manager bohdfcblr@hdfc.com
