Complaint regarding fraud services from matrimonial sites

Few days before my mother got call from this lady call pxxxa sxxxxh sayin that she is from matrimony site if we pay her 4500 she will provide us best matches for my brother so my dad paid her 4500 for membership and after that day getting money.. she switched of her number and now all the numbers were blocked and no response from site also..i want my money back and that lady desreve punishment in the name of matrimony u cant cheat..her number is 8xxxxxxx5.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
