I purchased 2.0 Ton Window Ac ‘TM’ Model ‘Summer TM’ on 13/5/2012. I had a continuous complaint of improper cooling and ice deposition in the cooling coil after 6 months of purchasing . It was confirmed by the dealer that it was a manufacturing defect but it was not paid proper attention for the replacement which I was emphasizing for quite long with the dealer’s assurance. I’m still suffering with the same problem. The warranty expired, while the dealer was saying ‘They are trying for the replacement’.
