Complaint regarding Hitachi service

I have registered a complaint to resolve my AC cooling with Hitachi customer care on 23rd April 2017,the technician came and took Rs.3400 for repairing it ,and again my AC has the cooling issue, since then I have been calling the customer service every day and so far five technicians have came and even took my AC to their service centre and still now not resolved.I bought my AC in March 2014 .Kindly sugest me what i have to do next.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
