I bought a 5g Smartphone in early 2021. (Xiaomi Mi 10T5g), Which the company claimed that the mobile is India’s best 5g smartphone. On Oct 2022 5g has started rolling out, there I found a issue with the smartphone. Jio 5g (Standalone mode) not working in my phone, I raised complaints through their official service app. Later on in May 2023 they announced that they’ll provide an OTA update very soon.
It’s been 4 Months since the announcement and no updates are available yet. I contacted the customer care through the social media platform called “X” and they telling me to goto nearby service center Which is 70Kms + far away.
I had waited for the update since 1Year and I don’t have patience to wait any more. I don’t want this mobile , requesting you to get me a full refund.
