Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009.
