I ordered 2 products from Flipkart . They were about 550 rs. Flipkart promised me to deliver my order on 14 Jan 2023 but i didn’t get my order on 14 Jan 2023. And they changed the date of delivery to 16 Jan 2023 without my knowledge. Then on 16 Jan I was in college and i got a call from delivery man and he said that he is next to my home with parcel. So I leave my class and came back just to recieve my order. Then i call customer care to file complaint for late delivery and compensation for my inconvenience and they neglect my request. I told them that it is written in Flipkart’s policy that if “Delayed delivery/ Broken product/Expired product” then Flipkart will will give “Refund/ Replace/Compensation” to user.
