I purchased Letv mobile Le Eco Le2 model online from Flipkart in the month of OCtober 2016. The mobile has become defective in 6 months time. I serched sercie center for LeTv in vadodara there are three service centers listed. I contacted them and ll the listed service centers said they do not provide service and LE TV company has not removed their name. The toll free no listed on site gives no response. I got fustrated further as there is no way I can talk to Flipkart on this issue as their call center excecutive are busy. LE TV mobile company shall answer to my queries. Whay Flikart & Le tv comapny are playing with customers. I lost my confidence in buying products on lie and advised all Not to buy mobiles on line as you will be lft helpless.
