This is to notify that I want to close my PL before 12 Months due to clause by DHFL that post clear the PL loan will disburse your home loan of 15 lac. From last three days I am visiting kotak mahindra bank but nobody is ready listen. they harrassing me whole day by throughing ball in other hand every day. Nobody is listening. I am esclate this complaint from BM to VP . nobody is care about customer. Hoping for a positive response this is my first property which i am going to buy. Attached is sanctioned letter by DHFL.
