I have bought a Lenovo ideapad320 80XH01HTIN-13/4GB/2TB/W10 from a shop in New Delhi.110019 on dated 16-3-2018 worth rupees 30500. It was my worst experience. they have given me poor product. its not working properly since I bought it. I have tried to file a complaint against the product in the store but they are not responding. They have told me lots of features but nothing matched to their false promise.their after sale service is beyond my expectations. they even dont bother to call me back
My laptop is working slow it is having some software problem. I am an editor so I need a fast and proper working capacity but the laptop is slow enough to work on. its much irritating. I am very much upset with the cheating done by the store owner. I contacted to Lenovo company too.they called me and asked to sit online before the system for 2-3hours continuously but failed to root out my issue.they did the same for 3 times.but nothing happened.
Even they have not given me warranty card they told me to generate it online.when I am giving the information to activate it.,a message box popup with a message of incorrect information. Sir it’s too irritating now. i am very much disappointed by both the Lenovo company and the store.they have not activated anti damage protection too.
Sir please show your concern towards my issue.waiting for positive and quick response.
