Complaint regarding no update on order placed on Snapmint

Snapmint Application. Value: 19,999

I ordred 19,999 phone from snapmint application which is avaliable on playstore now it’s been six days on update of order after that they ask more 1,500 rupee more no reply on WhatsApp support only aske for money on whatsapp wasting my time my money is stucked.
