On Feb’22 I ordered bed via sleepy cat by taking Snapmint as an option. I have been asked to pay ?6266 as down payment (total amount: 25065.91 in which EMI was approximately 24800). Later due to some emergency I cancelled the order. Sleepy cat accepted my cancellation. When I contact sleepy cat, they tell they have transfered the money to Snapmint. But from Snapmint I didn’t get my money back. I tried contacting them, but they were not reachable. I tried contacting them through my banking partner, but no response. So please help me in getting back my money of ?6266.
