Complaint regarding non-delivery by Delhivery

I place a prepaid order on 25 sep 2018, blue solid denim shirt dress. While tracking the order it shows status that this product reached jabalpur ( delivery destination) on 29 sep 2018, but still I didn’t receive the product. When I call delhivery courier they said that the product is missing wait for 48 or 24 hrs for update. When I call limeroad they said they don’t have any information about product missing and again wait for 48 to 24 hrs. Both of the persons misguiding. They don’t know anything about the current status of the product. So if the product is missing or whatever the reason is, if you are not able to deliver Then just send me the similar product as it’s a prepaid order.
