Complaint regarding non-delivery by Flipkart

I had booked a “MOTO C Plus” mobile by flipkart through our friend on 26 june 2017 & delivery shown same day by fipkart. We already paid rs 6999 through icici bank credit card. I strove again & again to flipkart helpline no (18002089898) but did not get positive response. This is still pending till date. This is totaly victimization of customer. I totaly in stress. I need justice with our all loses. Which i lost due to delay of delivery. Kindly find all attachments which i got from flipkart as message that your problem will be solved.

    same issue. i had booked same mobile on 2nd Aug & also paid extra charge for 1 day delivery. but they are cheating customers.
    After my complain they are updated status as trying to deliver but could not get in touch with you. i.e fake. i have tried many more time to contact delivery person but he is busy on another call all day. So we can say that flipkart cheating customers.
