Complaint regarding non-delivery by onlinedthservice.com

Placed an order for tatasky remote on www.onlinedthservice.com on date june 11, 2020. There is no status updated and when i called to ask they are not helping and cutting the phone each time. I have already tried 6- 7 times. They told to check with tatasky but tatasky does not have any reference. Now they are not helping in either sending the remote or refund.
