Complaint regarding non-delivery by Clubfactory

I placed an order on 19.01.2020, with Clubfactory.com for buying three shirts after seeing their advertisement on facebook. I made payment by Credit card. They confirmed the order and also intimated to me the despatch details. I never received the shirts despite several reminders. On May 18 they provided me a tracking number on xpressbees and have provided a link but that does not work. i would like to file this complaint so that you can elp me retrieve my money or ask them to deliver the shirts.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
