I had ordered Dishtv from there website on 17 Aug 2018. Now ots been 7 days no one has contacted ne about it. I received a message stating that “your installation request no 1007179924 has been cancelled due to rejection of customer” no one contacted me and how can i reject.
I contacted the call center they keep on asking me VC no. they dont even understand that i havent recived the product then how can i get VC no.
I have wrote three mails to them but no single response from them.
