Complaint regarding non-delivery of order by fisheshop

So basically i had placed an order for 3 different aquatic plants along with 2 different snails on May 29th,2021. According to their instructions, i was supposed get the “product dispatched” update by 12th June,2021 max. Considering the lockdown norms due to Covid-19, I waited for another 2 more days for the update. Even after continuous messaging and calling them up, I dont seem to be receiving any updates, or answers to my calls or msgs via whatsapp by fisheshop. I also got to know that just like me there are so many out there who have paid the money for the order and have not received their product.
