I have bought a Wonderchef Milano set on 17th December 2019.
the product has 2 years of warranty as well.
after few months of usage, Non- stick coating is coming out.
last month I wrote to the Wonderchef team at Care@wonderchef.com for the replacement of the product.
I have shared the picture of the product and Warranty card as well. later they asked me for more information like place of purchase, date of purchase, my address, etc.
I have shared all the details but still, I haven’t received any resolution from them.
even I called their customer care number many times but after a long waiting of 15-20 minutes they disconnect the call and did not even call back to the customer.
I have sent them many emails as well but now they are not responding over email as well.
