I have placed the order on 15th oct a phone and few other items.
They did not shop the product and cancelled the product on 24th saying i have requested for cancellation, were I never cancelled or requested for cancellation. I have been following up with them on daily basis but no one responded to my query. They told me to wait till 21st. From 22nd on they started harrasmant to cancel the products from my end. I told them i want the product or compensate the difference amount to cancel from my end they just cancelled the orders on 24th evening with reason i have requested for cancellation, but i have never asked for a cancellation. I even talked to grevence team they are also telling the order cannot be sent and they will not even compensate the difference amount for the products
