Complaint regarding order placed with Miracas

hallo sir, I ordered for a blazer on 23 December through Miracas shopping app and made payment of Rs.2690/- through PayTM. My deliver date was 23 December but till now I have not received and neither did I receive any SMS from Miracas. I have contacted Miracas number of times but their number is coming busy. I sent a message but no reply from them. Please help me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
