Complaint regarding Parcel misplaced and lost by DTDC

Parcel has been misplaced, lost by DTDC nobody ready to take action and also do not want resolve that issue. Almost has completed 3 month.

We have sent the consignment from Bangalore to Port Blair via Kolkota on September 26th 2022 but consignment has been lost in transit. We have been calling multiple time but in vain. Hence, I would kindly request you to take a strict action against them and help us get a refund against the courier.

We have also mailed them multiple time about the same to DTDC but I didn’t got proper response. We require help from you on this.

Amount: 9700/- for the consignment packet and 1950/-is the courier charge. In total, the amount that needs to be refunded is 11650/-

Attaching is the slip as a proof of the courier , so please kindly look into it on priority and take necessary action.
