I purchased a printer in dec,2021 under kotak mahindra finance for 8 equal installments. I have paid 4 installments on time but failed to pay 5th installment on time that is 5th day of every month. Despite of my monetory problem and paid the installment on apr 6, 2022. Bank levied a bounce charge of rs.975 and i paid that also with instruction of customer care executive of rs.750 in the same day. But bank not updated the payment and still disturbing me in different ways. I have also mailed to the bank for some concession but that is in vain. I continiously saying that i have paid rs.750 out of 975 but they still forcing and disturbing and threating me each of the day by whatsapp, mail and call. I am a chronic psychiatric patient and stress is very fatal for me. I have also filed an appeal to reserve bank of india on 17/05/22 but still they threating me. I have paid rest rs.225 today and there is no due. I am enclosing files as per your conveinience. Sir, please take an action to save me asap.
