Complaint regarding poor connection from Airlink broadband

Its been 3 months i renew my Airlink broadband plan for RS. 4999/- . But their is connect disconnect problem since last 3 months and no connectivity in wifi. They are not solving any compalints or not even any reply from customer care. Its become harshfull for me. I asked for refund and they denied and started using bad words to me.
I want refund any how . Do needful as soon as possible.
