Complaint regarding poor JIO internet speed

I am contacting the customer care of Jio from 2 months and the result is zero.Internet connectivity in this area is very poor.I called the customer care tomorrow also and then I received a call today.They said it will take around 90 days for the connectivity to improve.What does that mean?I have been calling them for 2 months and now they say that it will take 90 days.I recharge an amount of ?450 for every 3 months that means for 5 months I recharge for ?750.They have been wasting my money.I am totally helpless.If the network will be improved in 90 days what to do for that time.I have already invested my money in Jio.I have provided proof i.e Result of the speed test .Jio promises to provide a minimum speed of 1 Mbps but actually giving less than 50 kbps.This is horrible.
