Complaint regarding poor service from Eureka Forbes

We had purchase an aqua guard from Eureka Forbes on 17.10.23 .It has been not working properly and there is a very bad smell in the water.  Representative Mr. Axxxt Bxxxxe was informed about it and he promised us that he will refund the money and I have shared with him a cancelled cheque also. But he is now not responding and not attending my calls.  I would like to know the procedure to process the return and refund of the product. I had tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered. Kindly look into this and reach out to me as soon as possible.  I have attached a tax invoice for your reference.  I am still waiting for your response. There is no response from your side and I am moving to the consumer court and  a police complaint against Eureka Forbes and your Executive.
I am calling him every day and he has stopped attending my call and no feedback from him and his department. He had promised us that he would refund us the money or replace the  machine but he failed to do it . I would request you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  Request you to please do the needful.
