Regarding lifts not working properly in our society

I am a resident of a society in tower C Flat-2802 name-Apex the kremlin Ghaziabad UP I am living here since last 2 years. In my tower there are 3 lifts and all are operational. there is no construction work happening since last 1.5 years. Tower lifts are getting un-operational often. We are very disappointed with the service and we are in fear of these lift condition. Often we feel jerk, free fall, stuck for 15-20 minutes , rescuing. There is no proper liftman shift. Lift is being repaired approximately 8-9 times in a month. Management closes the lift at any time without notice. In such a situation, one has to wait for 10-15 minutes for the lift. Be it the time of children going to school, elders going to office or the time of coming back in the evening. There is no time for repair of lift. No one knows when life will end here. How to believe?
