On 20 February,2024 I went to Suresh Textiles Ganesh bazar cloth market chandni chowk and ordered a 3 pc- suit which costed me Rs 7500 the breakdown is Rs 4100 for the fabric and Rs 3400 for stiching i have paid fabric cost in advanced i specifically requested both the owner and his tailor to stitch a loose fit suit and take my measurement accordingly since i am going to wear this suit in cold region over a sweater or high neck i also told him that make it looser as i am currently on my lowest weight 10kgs lower than my usual weight because i have recently recovered from an infection. even while taking measurement the tailor was not paying attention. the suit was supposed to be delivered on 3 February,2024.
On 3 February, 2024 when i went there to take my suit. the moment i opened the suit cover i was shocked just by a glance i could tell it is not going to fit it was so small in size when i tried the suit it was ill-fitted way too tight i couldnt even wear it without help sleeves were short, the waist coast was tight too and the trousers were not just tight from the waist but also short and the quality of material used in coat lining and shoulder pad was of very cheap quality,contradictory to what owner boast that they are raymond authorised dealer and provide quality tailoring. i asked them to fix my suit i have my sister’s wedding this week and i am supposed to leave for the wedding destination on 7 Feb,2023 . instead of fixing the suit tailor was not willing to accept his mistake and was reluctant to making changes the thing is the suit size cant be expanded since the fabric has already cut and sewed in that particular size and there is no margin for expansion. he has asked me to come again on 5 February, 2023 now i have to take my office leave since i need that suit before my sister’s wedding i requested them to refund my money or give me just fabric for which i have gave them the money but they denied right away the suit cant be fixed and the stiching is not raymond tailoring as they claimed. i want my money back or either they give me the fabric
