Complaint regarding refund due from Jio Fiber

On 21st March 2023, I booked Jio Fiber installation at my home. Sales person came to my home and did the booking and the payment was done. He promised to install it on the next day itself (on 22nd March). But after that, he is completely ignoring my request and not installing it. I am getting calls from technicians on behalf of Jio and they are saying due to some technical issue, it is not possible to install the same at my home. Therefore I am repeatedly getting the reschedule message from jio about the installation. In my profession I have complete dependency on internet, so I had to take a decision immediately. Therefore I choose to install Airtel internet and that is done within few hours.
As my requirement is done, so I am now asking them for the refund. But the sales person is not doing anything, he is ignoring my message on WhatsApp and also, I am not able to contact with Jio Fiber customer care, they don’t have an option to talk with customer care representative.
Now, they have blocked my money and not giving it back. I paid around 2400 Rs. to Jio via UPI Payment.
Therefore, it’s my earnest request to you to kindly look into it. I look forward hearing from you.
