I’ve booked my flight tickets from Srinagar to Visakhapatnam on 22/04/2021 for INR17825 and after payment I got a mail if cancellation due to rise in price and was told that I’ll be refunded within 10-15 days.
After waiting for 15 days, I contacted the customer service and they again told me to wait for a week and after contacting again, to wait for ten days and so on and it’s been a month and a half now and they’re nit responding at all despite of saying them that I’d approach the consumer forum.
My patience has come to an end and it’s not a small amount.
So please help me, I really need your help
