Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Ticket cancelled by travolook and refund also not processed. Value: 2554. I have booked a flight ticket on 29th Jan on travolook website. I got a confirmation ticket after 15 minutes. On 1st feb, I got a call saying that my flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. I checked with indigo and found that there is no operational issue. Travolook cancelled my ticket and now they are not processing the refund.

Refund from Rediff.com shopping Rs.555/-: Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555.
