Complaint regarding refund for unsuccessful JIO recharge

I made a recharge of Rs.309 from my IDBI account on 16 April, for my JIO NO. 7xxxxxx6. First transaction was unsuccessful so I again made transaction. Second transaction was successful. I filed a complaint with my IDBI Bank for refund but they denied stating JIO denied. Still waiting for refund of Rs.309 from JIO side.
