Complaint regarding refund for unsuccessful JIO recharge

I made a recharge of Rs.309 from my IDBI account on 16 April, for my JIO NO. 7xxxxxx6. First transaction was unsuccessful so I again made transaction. Second transaction was successful. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Refund from Rediff.com shopping – Rs.1,328/-: Susheel Kumar of Manimajra, Chandigarh (sush_kumar3[@]rediffmail.com) bought a product from rediff.com on 30-11-2014 but did not receive the product even after two weeks. He was given an AWB number but it did not exist. He then requested them to cancel the order but rediff.com was not willing to cancel the order. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.4700/- : Mr. Abey K Baby of Kottayam 686605, Kerala purchased an Aquagrand water purifier from Snapdeal in September 2016. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
