Complaint regarding refund from businessbudie.com

This is bring to your kind attention that I have recently make ONLINE order AT BUSINESSBUDIE ONLINE STORE (businessbudie.com) and paid an amount of Rs 3410/- . Finally I cancelled my order vide Order . But Till date I have not received my money Several time I contact over Phone and Mail, but finally i have not received the REFUND of an amount Rs. 3410/-.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
