Non-receipt of PAN card through Velex Logistics

NSDL despatched my updated PAN CARD through Velex Logistics Pvt. Ltd. during the month of February, 2020. Today on 5th March, 2020 while tracking the consignment delivery status, it is found that the parcel has been returned to the shipper due to incorrect address. My address is correct and all my other communications have been received by me to that address. Further I have not received any phone call from the courier delivery boy which usually they do. I am surprised to see the remarks mentioned in their website without going to my address for delivery. NSDL should avoid assigning delivery of such important documents to such irresponsible courier company.
