Complaint regarding refund from D2H

D2H deduct money without service so I disconnected on 31 may 2018 from 31 may I talk with their customer officers after 20 days I.e 20 June, 25june 27 June 30 June 8july 16 july 21 july 28 july 29 july 30 july I talk two times but all are not given any clear response about my refund today bxxxxxh jxxxxxxr told me from 19 july d2h stop the refund policy but my refund request is from 31 march, but why d2h not refund the customer valance amount after discontinued the service so plz help for save my money
