Excitel discontinued service in our locality hence forth unable to use internet services from 9 Jan 2023 and raised ticket for termination of connection on 9 th Jan and current date is 09 mar 2023 as per excitel a T&C the refund cycle is of 60 days but still didn’t received refund yet even I co ordinate with their consumers support they are not doing needful so please take immediate action i shall be great to you
