Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I haven’t received my refund from Shein.  On 21st June, 2020 I applied for return of a product purchased from Shein Official website. According to their return policy, they take 6-9 business days  from the date that the return package is sent for refund. But unfortunately it’s been more than 15 days, today is 18th July 2020, I return has not been initiated from the company’s end, neither I got back my money. There’s also no record/ track of my return. I tried so many times to reach out to the company’s consumer helpline, but I was left unanswered. I request you to look after this matter
