Complaint regarding Samsung mobile phone servicing

I’ve purhcased a Samsung phone and it had some technical issue (frozen screeen) for which I visited the service center. They took my phone and ended up breaking my screen while repairing (the repairing stuff was done inside a cabin where I wasn’t allowed). Now my phone is dead and they’re not ready to reapir it, it’s still in warranty and the service center people have insulted my and have been humilating me whenever I try to contact them over phone.

Phone was puchased under my daughters name. Please get my issue resolved. Thank you

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
