Complaint regarding SBI card payment issue

I am using a sbi credit card from 2015 but after some they are sending the wrong bills of my card thaths why i told to them this is i had not used then they returned me the amount but they are sending more and more wrong bills thats why i had settled my card my card is settled in 7 emi all emi i had paid 6 emi on time but 7 emi is late because of some isse but i had paid all amount to them for late payment of card. i had called to customer care they told me that sir no issure u pay emi ur card will zerories in 50 working days i had paid but they not called me 2 to three months after 2 to three mnths they are sending the bills now they are asking for 38000 more they are sending bills to me i had paid i know the last emi is late but because of 1 late emi i had to pay 38000 more they are doing every time call to me plz help me for this
