I had opened a FD with FPL Technologies in June 2022 so i can improve my cibil score. When i opened the FD there were no questions no KYC requests etc, after i received the one card i made my first transaction and that was successful, later the card kept declining the payments and when contacted their customer service they said the KYC was not complete, so i sent the documents, again they said the document is not clear and i have to send a selfie with PAN card clearly visible and a masked Aadhar Card, And still there is no reponse. Their customer support is so adamant that he went up to the extend of threatening ” Do what ever you want to we have our own rules and regulations and we dont care to any one” that is when i checked and this NBFC is not listed in RBI, that is the reason they are playing around. I want my money pleas do something
